1. National Tax Number Certificate (NTN).

2. Photocopies of I.D. cards of proprietor/partners/directors.

3. A copy of Partnership Deed, in case of Partnership with a copy of Registration Certificate. Form H)

4. A copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of Limited company duly signed by registrar of companies and certificate of Incorporation
